USA is a statewide senior citizens advocacy organization that unites seniors and their families into a powerful voice to impact public policy that affects our lives and our communities. USA works on issues such as nursing home quality and reform, alternatives to nursing homes (home and community-based care), Medicare, Social Security, and more.

The Generations Project was established to call attention to the dilemma facing Hoosiers with long term health care needs. A collaborative effort of leading senior, disability and consumer based organizations, The Project seeks to educate citizens, advocates, and policy makers about the opportunities for Hoosiers to implement a balanced and responsible long term care system which includes a full array of home and community-based options.
